30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a first-time full priced item, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, less a 10% fee to cover shipping, handling and restocking. Orders where a discount code has been applied are not eligible for a refund or return.

For Damaged/Defective Items
- We offer flat-fee shipping protection on all customer orders. Any customer who included shipping protection with their purchase but received a damaged item must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving this package with an image showing the damaged item. Customers who paid for shipping protection will have their items replaced.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item and did not pay for shipping protection, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please supply your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item.
Orders that are Refused Upon Delivery and Returned to Happy Howl
We do not accept returns for refused deliveries. Any order that is refused by customers and returned to Happy Howl will be inspected and donated to one of Happy Howl's rescue partners.
Chargeback Policy:
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for merchant chargebacks from customers. Should a customer file a chargeback on a delivered order, Happy Howl will provide all customer information as well as correspondence to the customers financial institution. We will also blacklist this customer from future orders, report customer information to merchant services to prevent orders from other merchants and will potentially take further legal action against consumer fraud to recoup damages & losses.
